China has promised to continue assisting Afghanistan in political and economic areas, the Islamic Emirate spokesman said on Tuesday.
Zabihulah Mujahid on his twitter handle wrote he held talks with the Charge de Affaires of China on economic relations between the two countries in capital Kabul.
He said the Chinese envoy promised Beijing would continue assisting Afghanistan in political and economic areas.
He said during the meeting, they discussed strengthening political and economic relations between the two countries.
“We encouraged China to pay more attention to investment in Afghanistan,” he added.
