Today, during a conference at GMIC, Mowlawi Ghulam Haidar Shahamat, the Director of the Technical & Vocational Education & Training Authority, emphasized the commitment to professionalizing the teacher recruitment process, stating that this professionalization is being implemented gradually.
He added that, following a thorough survey of graduate students, the decision has been made to hire 1000 graduates who excelled in their studies and achieved top positions, as instructors at TVETA in the upcoming year.
