The Deputy Prime Minister for Administrative Affairs, His Excellency Mawlawi Abdul Salaam Hanafi, met with numerous merchants and investors from Uzbekistan.
Initially, Mr. Nadir Rastmof, head of Alfalah NR Energy company, spoke on behalf of others, providing comprehensive information about the purpose of the delegation trip to the Deputy PM. He highlighted that the favorable conditions for trade and investment across various sectors under the Islamic Emirate’s governance have encouraged businessmen and investors to commence activities in the country.
Furthermore, Mr. Nadir Rastmof expressed the interest of Uzbek traders and investors in investing in various fields in Afghanistan, including energy, textile, oil extraction, mining and infrastructure, seeking cooperation from the Islamic Emirate in these areas.
In response, Deputy Prime Minister H.E. Mawlawi Abdul Salaam Hanafi warmly welcomed the traders and investors from Uzbekistan, appreciating their activities in Afghanistan. He reiterated that the Islamic Emirate wants to enhance ties with neighboring countries, particularly in trade and investment, and urges traders and investors from various countries, especially neighboring ones, to invest in Afghanistan.
In conclusion, the Deputy PM emphasized that the Islamic Emirate welcomes all commercial activities from both investors and international companies and provides necessary facilities and support.
