The Deputy Prime Minister for Political Affairs, H.E. Mawlawi Abdul Kabir, along with his accompanying delegation, has departed Afghanistan for Iran upon a formal invitation.
During the three-day official visit, the Deputy PM will attend the swearing-in ceremony of the new Iranian president and hold bilateral discussions with several hosted officials.
Additionally, the visit will focus on strengthening political and economic ties between the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan and the Islamic Republic of Iran, addressing the challenges faced by Afghan migrants residing in Iran, and expanding cooperation.
During the visit, the Deputy PM will also meet with representatives and officials from various countries.
