The Deputy Prime Minister for Administrative Affairs, H.E. Mawlawi Abdul Salaam Hanafi engaged in discussions with a gathering of religious scholars from Takhar and Jowzjan provinces.
During the meeting, Sheikh Sobhanullah Faroqi and Makhdom Abdul Halim spoke on behalf of others and provided a detailed report on the social, economic, and security situation in their provinces to the Deputy Prime Minister.
Commending the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (IEA) for its progress across various aspects, they urged the IEA leadership to prioritize education, including the establishment of religious and modern schools, as well as healthcare centers in remote areas, and the implementation of development projects.
In response, the Deputy PM for Administrative Affairs, H.E. Mawlawi Abdul Salaam Hanafi, extended a welcome and stated that ensuring security, addressing the challenges of the people, and providing better services are the responsibilities of the IEA. He emphasized that the IEA will never spare any efforts in this regard.
Furthermore, regarding the suggestions provided, the Deputy PM stated that the IEA will prioritize these areas within the available resources and take necessary actions.
