At the outset, the Ulama and influential figures of Baghlan province acknowledged the sacrifices of Islamic Emirate officials, highlighting that these sacrifices have resulted in overall security and a unified Islamic system in Afghanistan. They noted that the population of Baghlan lives securely and enjoys good relations with local authorities. They also discussed various issues, including road construction, the establishment of both religious and modern schools, mosques and assistance for vulnerable populations.
Furthermore, the Ulama and influential figures of Kapisa province emphasized that rebuilding Afghanistan’s infrastructure is a joint responsibility of the government and the people, expressing readiness to collaborate with the Islamic Emirate. They offered advice and suggestions to the Deputy PM on these matters.
In response, Deputy Prime Minister for Political Affairs, H.E. Mawlawi Abdul Kabir, extended welcomes and stated that the nation’s victory against Western forces was achieved through sacrifices. He affirmed that the Islamic system is committed to providing services for all Afghans.
