The Deputy Prime Minister for Political Affairs, H.E. Mawlawi Abdul Kabir met with the Acting Afghan Ambassador to Malaysia, Mr. Naqibullah Ahmadi.
During the session, Mr. Ahmadi shed light on the achievements and progress of the Embassy, saying that the Afghan Embassy in Malaysia has addressed the challenges of Afghan students, migrants and traders as well as has maintained steady contact with them.
Furthermore, Mr. Ahmadi stated that high-ranking Malaysian officials hold a positive view towards Afghanistan, highlighting repeated commitments that Kuala Lumpur will share its commerce for the prosperity of Afghanistan with the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan. He also mentioned that the recent visit of a Malaysian delegation to Afghanistan was significant and had a positive impact on the mutual relations between the two countries.
Expressing a warm welcome to the Acting Afghan Ambassador, the Deputy Prime Minister, H.E. Mawlawi Abdul Kabir appreciated the efforts of the Embassy in Malaysia. He emphasized the importance of strengthening the relationship between Kabul and Kuala Lumpur and called for its further development.
In his concluding remarks, the Deputy PM underscored the need to prioritize Afghan issues and represent Afghanistan in a positive and effective manner.
