The Deputy Prime Minister for Administrative Affairs, H.E. Mawlawi Abdul Salaam Hanafi met with a number of scholars and elders from the Shia community.
At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Haji Mohammad Amir Bazil and Mr. Said Hayatullah Alami spoke on behalf of the others and provided information about the social situation of the Shia people. They stated that the Shia people have a positive and supportive view of the Islamic Emirate and comprehensively support the Islamic system.
Pointing out the importance of creating job opportunities and development initiatives, they requested the Islamic Emirate to give significant attention to these matters.
In response, the Deputy Prime Minister for Administrative Affairs, H.E. Mawlawi Abdul Salaam Hanafi while expressing gratitude for the meeting, stated that the officials of the Islamic Emirate consider serving the Shia people and addressing their challenges as both a responsibility and an honor. He also highlighted the significant role of the Ulama and elders in establishing strong relations between the people and the system, requesting their continued efforts in this regard.
In his concluding remarks, the Deputy PM mentioned that the Islamic Emirate is committed to the reconstruction and development of Afghanistan and would launch development plans across the country as fairly as possible
