The Deputy Prime Minister for Political Affairs, H.E. Mawlawi Abdul Kabir attended and delivered a speech at the graduation ceremony of Jihadi religious school students.
While the acting minister of education, numerous the Islamic Emirate officials as well as religious scholars participated in the ceremony, the Deputy PM expressed appreciation for the recent progress in the field of Islamic education and added that Afghan religious students no longer need to travel abroad for learning Hadith course, because the ground of high religious education has been paved in the country.
Highlighting the importance of expanding balanced education in Afghanistan, the Deputy PM stated that religious school students, alongside their religious education should prepare themselves with knowledge of administrative principles and the necessary modern sciences. He further mentioned that the establishment of specializations under the Ministry of Higher Education presents a valuable opportunity for the growth of religious education, which religious scholars should take advantage of.
At the conclusion, the Deputy PM awarded prizes to the outstanding students.
