Turkey’s Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said in a press conference with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov that he will continue to interact with Kabul.
The Islamic Emirate said that it wants positive relations with all nations.
According to analysts, interactions with countries around the region as well as the world with Kabul is beneficial to all parties.
Foreign ministers from neighboring nations and Russia are expected to meet in Uzbekistan on Thursday to discuss Afghanistan.
