Mullah Mohammad Hassan Akhund, the Prime Minister of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, planted a sapling in the courtyard of the Arg Palace to mark the beginning of the solar year 1403, praying for prosperity, vitality, and abundance in the country.
In this ceremony, the Prime Minister of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan was accompanied by Dr. Mullah Abdul Waase, Chief of Staff of the Prime Minister’s Office, Qari Abdul Sattar Saeed, Deputy for Public and Strategic Communication Affairs and Mufti Sayed Ahmad Mustaqim, Deputy for Resources and Administration of the Prime Minister’s Office, and several other officials of the Islamic Emirate. The ceremony concluded with prayers for the well-being and prosperity of the people and the flourishing and greenery of the country.
