The Deputy Prime Minister for Political Affairs, Mawlawi Abdul Kabir engaged with doctorate-level students of the Afghanistan International Islamic University.
During the discussion, the students praised the initiative to offer higher education up to the doctoral level, calling it a positive step. They expressed a desire for doctoral programs to be introduced in other universities as well. They also appreciated the existing facilities for their education and research and provided their suggestions to the Deputy PM.
Expressing gratitude for the meeting, the Deputy Prime Minister, Mawlawi Abdul Kabir stated that Afghan society has great potential, and the Islamic Emirate is fully committed to providing better education for youth. He added that the governance of the Islamic Emirate is a good start for a better future for the country, and that the existing peace and security will be leveraged for the prosperity of the country.
While discussing advancements in other areas, the Deputy PM emphasized that significant progress has been made in the political section, and in the near future, political relations will begin with several countries. He also noted that the world, with a better understanding of the Islamic Emirate’s sovereignty, has expressed more positive comments.
In his concluding remarks, the Deputy PM stated that, in accordance with Islamic principles, the Islamic Emirate is finding solutions to existing challenges and he assured the students that their suggestions would be taken into consideration.
