Strengthening Diplomatic Relations, Ensuring Nationwide Security and Enhancing Defense Capabilities; Key Achievements of the Politics and Security Week
Within the framework of the “Government in the Mirror of the Press” program and on the occasion of the Politics and Security Week, during a press conference at the Government Media and Information Center (GMIC), the spokesperson of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (IEA) announced the major achievements of the country’s political and security institutions in 1447 AH. According to the information, important and practical steps were taken in several areas, including expanding Afghanistan’s political and economic relations with countries in the region and around the world, strengthening defense and security capacities, combating drugs, responding to emergencies, and reforming and training prisoners. Furthermore, during 1447 AH, Afghanistan’s relations with neighboring, regional, and other countries around the world were expanded based on a balanced and economy focused foreign policy.
