Prime Minister of Afghanistan’s Islamic Emirate Marks Spring with Tree Planting at the Arg

Alhaj Mullah Mohammad Hassan Akhund, the Prime Minister of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, marked the arrival of spring in the year 1404 of the Solar Hijri calendar by planting a sapling on the grounds of Gulkhana Palace at the Arg.
The ceremony was attended by distinguished officials, including Dr. Mullah Abdul Wasi, Chief of Staff of the Prime Minister’s Office; Mufti Sayed Ahmad Mustaqim, Deputy Director General for Resources and Administration; Qari Abdul Sattar Saeed, Deputy Director General for Public and Strategic Affairs; as well as several other senior officials of the Islamic Emirate.
The event concluded with a solemn prayer led by Qari Mohammad Hanif, the Imam of the Arg Grand Mosque, invoking blessings for the prosperity, stability, and environmental sustainability of the nation. #
