GMIC’s Director Meets Officials of Farahang Sara-e Ustad Bahra and Khwafi Charity Foundation
Today, 25 April 2026, the Director of the Government Media and Information Center (GMIC), Mawlawi Naeemulhaq Haqqani met with the Director of Farahang Sara-e Ustad Bahra and a senior member of the Herat Journalists’ Committee, Mr. Wali Shah Bahra, along with the Director of the Khwafi Charity Foundation.
At the outset, expressing a warm welcome to the guests, the Director of GMIC, Mawlawi Naeemulhaq Haqqani provided comprehensive information on the background, views and activities of GMIC.
Mawlawi Haqqani stated that GMIC, as an effective communication bridge between Emirati entities and the media, has always strived to strengthen media activities in the country, expand cooperation and interaction between entities and the media, and address journalists’ challenges in accessing information in a timely manner.
Subsequently, the Director of Farahang Sara-e Ustad Bahra and the Director of the Khwafi Charity Foundation spoke, appreciating the efforts and activities of GMIC in facilitating access to information and describing these actions as important and valuable for improving the flow of information. They also provided detailed information about the activities and work of their respective organizations and expressed their readiness to expand cooperation with GMIC.
At the conclusion, both sides emphasized the importance of further strengthening relations and engagement.
